- Answer the phone by LEFT ear
- Do not drink coffee TWICE a day
- Do not take pills with COOL water (better with warm water)
- Do not have HUGE meals after 5pm
- Reduce the amount of OILY food you consume
- Drink more WATER in the morning, less at night
- Keep your distance from hand phone CHARGERS when plugged
- Do not use headphones/earphone for LONG period of time
- Best sleeping time is from 10pm at night to 6am in the morning
- Do not lie down immediately after taking medicine before sleeping
- When battery is down to the LAST grid/bar, do not answer the phone as the radiation is 1000 times

Give me extra health tips to add here ok? GOOD LUCK

- Eat less fried-food
- Eat more steamed-food
- Eat 30% in the morning, 45%in the mid day(lunch), and 25% in the evening
- Do not eat too much lamb
- Eat more fruits and vegetables Smile
- Better to Use the stairs rather than lift/escalator Smile
- Do not stay in front of the computer more than 1 hour, at least every 1 hour, you need to stand up and do some movement of your body.
- Do more sports!

Well, that's at least for now Smile

1. Healthy food is essential. You are what you eat, so if you eat healthy, you are healthy. If you're just starting to have a healthy lifestyle, you probably don't know healthy food.
* Food that is low in fat content is good. Unless that fat is polyunsaturated, monounsaturated, or omega 3. These are some of the good fats. Some of the bad fats are trans and saturated fats. These fats raise your LDL cholesterol, which is the bad cholesterol. The good fats lower your LDL cholesterol and raise your HDL cholesterol, which is the good cholesterol.
* Low sugar content is another plus. Just like fats, there are good and bad kinds of sugar. Sucrose is the bad kind of sugar. Glucose is the good kind of sugar. Both are sugar, so both are classified as sugar, on the label. For example, raisins that don't have sugar added still have a lot of sugar, because it's the good sugar, glucose.
* A variety of food. Fruits and vegetables are high in vitamins and minerals, which you need, but you still need some other vitamins and minerals. For example, not much protein comes from fruits or vegetables. Meat, beans, and tofu are good sources of protein. If you can't get your vitamins and minerals from the food you eat, you can always take a multivitamin.

Exercise is good
Exercise is key for a healthy lifestyle as well. Go to the gym every once in a while, or daily. Or take a run around your neighborhood. Even taking your dog for a walk is good. So long as it's routine, about and hour, and is at least moderately active.
3. Dedication. It's not easy to go from a couch potato to a healthy person. Don't be discourage if you satisfy cravings for ice cream, hamburgers, etc. As long as you don't have a steady diet of unhealthy food, it won't hurt you to much.

1. Don't abuse your body. When you listen to your music, don't put the volume too high, or, don't scream too much. Things like that create bad habits, and are bad for you if you do it too much.
2. Regulate your weight. Being too fat or skinny isn't good for you. Your doctor can tell you if you are under or over weight. Exercise and the food you eat can change your weight, so keep that in mind.
3. Stay Clean. Everyone should have 1 shower per day. Another if you have had a praticularly hot or sweaty time. Put on an antiperspirant after your shower. Change your underwear and socks every day, too.
4. Enjoy Yourself. Don't stress yourself over anything. Have fun! Stress can tense your muscles, which will make you feel unhappy and unwell. If you worry too much about your health, you'll be making it worse, so just relax once in a while.

* Give up drinking, smoking and drugs. It's well known that they do a lot of harm. You could do all the dieting and excercise in the world and still be unhealthy due to substance abuse.
* Don't take antibiotics unless you really have to. Once you take antibiotics, your body gets more used to them, and starts working differently.
* Sports are fun, and a excellent way to get active. There's so many sports, that there has to be at least one you like.
* Have a routine check-up with your doctor. You should ask the doctor any questions you have.
* It's important if you have an illness or physical disorder to stay as healthy as possible.
* Don't push your body too much. For example, if you have bad vision, correct it with glasses, contacts, or vision correction.

1- Don't go to be too late, you could perturbate your organism's intern clock.
2- Practise sport and do exercices, this is vital for your breath, your stamina, your body.
3- Laugh and cry, this is essential for morale. Because when high-spirited, you can overcome any hardhips. When low-spirited, you are close to depression, and that's not good.
4- Don't eat junk foods: Mac Donald's, KFC, Burger King, ... are evil. Too much fat and beef. Red meat is bad in general, too charged in fat, and that's cruel. Moreover, cows and beefs pollute a lot (the highest pollution contribution). Less beef consumption = less cattles = less pollution
5- Pay attention to sugar and confiseries, that's also evil.
6- Steamed vegetables are good, sometimes far better than raw. Raw is good to.
7- Stop smoking, that annoys everyone.
