Basically, marital arts are something that has shaped me, spiritually and physically speaking. It allowaed me to focus my mind, to learn strong values (whether you take them into your values or not, each one has its own freedom), and to defend myself in case someone clearly wants to hurt me. Luckily, that never happened until right now.

I used to (I'm currently not able to practice anymore due to lack of clubs) practice Yoseikan Budo, Japanese martial art, mix of several martial arts : Judo, Karate, Aïkido, ... I had really great time back then, but my club didn't have a lots of money, so we couldn't really compete. Still, I learnt many things, and I'm eager to practice again !

I have also practiced judo, but that didn't fit me. I wanted not only to be able to know the opponent's weaknesses, I also wanted to fight with hands and legs. Anyway, great time to practice martial art Smile
